This notice covers the appmall.io marketing website and support communication. Give Up Smoking’s on-device records, ads, purchases and notifications are described in its own privacy notice. This website does not display your personal app records.
When you visit
The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. The hosting provider may process IP addresses and standard connection information to deliver and secure the website and prevent abuse under its own terms. The site code contains no additional analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or external font service.
Language preference and browser storage
The website remembers Turkish/English using the appmall.language key in your browser’s localStorage. The site code does not send this value to a server. Clear site data in your browser to remove the preference. The website still works when storage is blocked, but may not remember your choice on later visits.
When you email support
Your email address, message, attachments and correspondence information are received to respond to your request and investigate the issue. Email is provided through Namecheap Private Email; your own email provider also participates in delivery. The website’s email link opens your mail app; no support form is submitted unless you send a message. Do not send unnecessary health information, identity documents, passwords or payment details.
Purpose, legal assessment and retention
Support correspondence is assessed to handle your request and resolve disputes. Depending on the request, the applicable legal basis may involve service performance, legal obligations or establishing, exercising or defending a claim. This notice does not constitute explicit consent for special-category data. Correspondence should be retained only as needed for these purposes and applicable legal obligations; a specific retention schedule and international-transfer mechanism must be settled in the pre-release assessment.
