Scope of the service
Give Up Smoking provides records, timers, estimated savings, general information, motivation and optional support tools during quitting. It does not provide diagnosis, personal health measurement, medical treatment, emergency care or live professional services. It does not guarantee quitting or a particular health outcome. Consult a qualified health professional for medical assessment/treatment. General health information and times do not verify personal recovery.
Records and estimates
Results depend on your entries. Missing/incorrect records and changes to dates, prices or consumption affect results. Savings, avoided cigarettes and time saved are estimates, not income, bank balances or additional life expectancy. Support-feedback summaries are self-reports, not clinical effectiveness or causation evidence. Backup is manual; protect your file/password. These explanations do not remove rights arising from faults for which the publisher is legally responsible.
Free and paid features
Basic tracking, immediate support and manual backup are free in this build. When Premium products are enabled, the purchase screen describes access to personal daily/weekly/monthly reports, the extended collection and no ads. Content language availability is disclosed before purchase. Planned prices in the test/review preview are not a sale offer and this preview does not initiate purchases. When sales are enabled, the store shows the final local price and billing period.
Subscriptions, one-time purchases, cancellation and refunds
Monthly/annual subscriptions may renew until cancelled under the store’s stated period/conditions. Check total billing, duration and renewal information before purchase. A one-time/lifetime product covers the Premium scope specified for this app at purchase; it is not a promise of operation for a person’s lifespan, every future product, counselling or AI services. This does not authorize arbitrary removal of purchased rights. Manage subscriptions in your store account; deleting the app/data does not cancel them. Restore purchases is available with the same store account; transfer between different stores is not automatically promised. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds follow store procedures together with applicable mandatory consumer law. Statutory rights remain; no blanket “no refunds” term applies.
Safe use and sharing
Do not use exercises/games while driving, in traffic or during risky tasks requiring attention. Use a comfortable pace; stop if in pain, dizzy or uncomfortable. Avoid movements that do not suit you. You initiate PDF, PNG celebration-card and backup sharing; check the recipient and preview. Celebration cards show all four achievement values, including savings; sharing is optional. The new-version notice does not require an update; Update opens the official store page. Ensure you have the necessary rights/permissions when sharing your or others’ personal information. External sites may apply their own service/privacy terms.
Content rights, changes and liability
Health sources are identified in the relevant sections; no source-agency endorsement is claimed. Third-party software, font and source licences remain applicable; these terms do not transfer others’ rights. Material changes to services, charges or data processing are appropriately notified and legally required approvals are obtained separately. No unlimited change or unilateral removal-of-rights power is granted. Liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or matters that applicable law does not allow to be excluded is not waived. Mandatory consumer rights, competent dispute-resolution bodies/courts and privacy remedies remain. This text alone is not explicit consent or contractual acceptance of every change.
